We are a community-based organisation focused on supporting the St George area by bringing nutritious meals direct to you at home.
- We provide meals for both carers and those who are aged, frail, disabled or simply no longer able to cook a meal for themselves.
- We make it easy to live and stay at home by making meals tailored to your tastes and diet.
- We take the time and care to prepare and ensure you have the meals you need.
- We deliver the meals to you so that you can stay safe and sound in your own home.
- We can help you. If you would like more information or need our service, simply contact us (link to contact page). There is no need for a doctor’s certificate and any person or health professional can refer you.

Ordering meals is quick and easy – download the menu and return to us. We offer a large range of nutritiously prepared meals. We cater for vegetarians, gluten-free, low carbohydrate and low sodium diets.

Our volunteers are invaluable – we rely on their help to make this service happen. So, new volunteers are always welcome, and we would love you to become a part of the St George Meals on Wheels team.
